Over the past decade, the company completed over 200 projects in both its specialization areas: development of custom OCR-empowered solutions and digitization of printed sources, and has grown from a 5-person startup into a company of 50+ employees with offices in Russia and Germany. "The main asset earned by the company through this decade is the satisfaction and trust of our partners and customers" - says ATAPY CEO Sergey Borovoy. "We are proud to consider that all our major partnerships established throughout the decade - this is ABBYY Software House, EasyData B.V. (both - ATAPY's partners since inception), Notable Solutions, Inc. (since 2005) - have stayed in place and proved to be mutually fruitful". ATAPY is also happy to list among its clients such names as Springer Verlag publishing, The Royal Danish Library, The National Library of Sweden, as well as many others, and to have taken part in such important endeavors as the creation of Danish Literary Canon and the European Comission-funded Meta-E cultural preservation project.
The R&D potential accumulated over these years led ATAPY - initially a service-oriented company - to launching a series of own software products. Other achievements to mention is obtaining important industry statuses: Microsoft Partner Silver (since 2006) and ABBYY Certified Reseller (since 2008). ATAPY continues to work hard towards further improvement of its business processes, development of its R&D strengths and doing its best to provide high level of service to its customers around the globe.
